A method you can read before the article.
This policy defines what Qemuro Journal publishes, how it checks information, and which features intentionally remain disabled.
Identity and responsibility
Qemuro Journal is an informational, non-periodical editorial publication of the Qemuro project, curated by the project owner; any AI assistance is disclosed. It is not a registered news publication. The project’s current owner and data controller is Mariano Vinaccia; the editorial, legal, and privacy contact is caprideliverygo@gmail.com. The Journal does not constitute professional advice.
Four surfaces, four responsibilities
- Journal: Qemuro editorial content with author, date, sources, and review.
- Qemuro Live: current data or signals with available source, coverage, and time.
- Community: user content subject to Community Guidelines and moderation.
- Marketplace: professional listings and offers subject to verification and relevant terms.
Content is not presented as Qemuro editorial work when it comes from a user, operator, or automated source.
Sources and changing information
Every article identifies its main sources. For safety, health, law, emergencies, access, openings, weather, sea conditions, and connections, primary sources or the directly responsible body take priority. An article does not turn an external source into a Qemuro guarantee: area, date, limits, and potential unavailability remain visible.
Dates and review
Every article publishes its initial date, last check, and next review. Guides linked to operational information use a shorter review cadence; cultural or perspective pieces may use a longer review cadence. These deadlines concern updates to existing content and do not constitute a schedule of new editorial releases. An automated weekly control flags passed deadlines, and the build is blocked until the review is recorded.
AI assistance and human control
When artificial-intelligence tools assist research, structure, translation, or drafting, the article says so. Sensitive or public-interest content is not autonomously published by an AI system: sources, limits, tone, and the final decision require proportionate human review. Qemuro does not present an artificial interaction or generated content as human when the law requires transparency.
Corrections, removals, and replies
Factual errors, rights concerns, removal requests, or replies may be sent to caprideliverygo@gmail.com with the URL and reason. The editorial team assesses the request, retains what is necessary to document the decision, and updates the checked date when a change is material. Reports of allegedly illegal content may also use the case-number channel.
Copyright, images, and quotations
Text and images must be original, licensed, or lawfully usable. Sources are linked and quotations remain short and proportionate. A link does not transfer rights in external material to Qemuro, and a source does not imply cooperation or endorsement.
Current commercial boundaries
The Journal currently carries no sponsorships, advertising, paid placement, or commission-bearing links. It does not sell, book, or confirm services. Before any paid content appears, tax and legal review, a contract, editorial separation, and an immediately recognisable label at the beginning of the content are required. Editorial approval cannot be purchased.
Privacy and participation
The Journal adds no comments, accounts, forms, newsletter, geolocation, or dedicated trackers. Pages may use the platform’s optional first-party analytics, disabled by default and started only after consent, as described in the Legal & Privacy Center. If participatory features are added later, they will be assessed and communicated before activation.
